Refund Policy

I want you to be satisfied with the courses purchased on howdash. All courses purchased on howdash can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided the request meets the guidelines in the refund policy.

30-DAY REFUND POLICY

While the 30-day refund policy is designed to allow students to learn risk-free, we must also protect howdash from fraud and maintain a consistent payment schedule.


Payments are processed on a monthly basis, so refund requests received after the 30-day window are not eligible for processing.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST

If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with a course, you can request a refund, within 30 days of purchasing a course either by submitting a request through Support page or through an email.

Submitting Refund Request Through Support Page

Follow these steps to submit a refund request through Support page:

  1. Head over to the Support page

  2. Enter your name in the First name and Last name field

  3. Enter your email in the Email field

  4. In Topic dropdown menu, select Refund Request option

  5. In the Course dropdown menu, select a course for which you are requesting refund

  6. Optionally, provide a reason for refund request

    1. The information you provide can help me improve moving forward.

  7. Click the Send button

Submitting Refund Request by Email

If you prefer to submit a refund request by email, please send your message to support@howdash.com using the same email address associated with your howdash account.


In your message, include your full name and the title of the course for which you're requesting a refund.


You may also include a reason for your refund request. While reason for request is optional, your feedback helps us improve future courses and the overall learning experience.

HOW REFUNDS ARE CREDITED

Refunds will be credited to the payment account used for the purchase.

REFUND COMMUNICATION

Once a refund is issued, typically within 1 to 2 business days, you will receive an email from hello@howdash.com confirming that the refund has been issued.
